My mobile phone ran out of charge and I needed to charge it urgently so I popped into this hotel for a coffee. I asked the barman(John) if I could charge my phone and get a coffee & scone. He put me sitting next to a plug point and charged my phone for me, disappeared for 3 minutes and arrived back with fresh coffee and then 2 hot scones with cream and strawberry conserve. I was so well taken care of! Even whilst I was on the phone he came back and topped up my coffee. It was above & beyond.. I asked to speak to the manager to give the feedback on how well I was treated - left my name in reception and the manager (Fiona) approached me using my name. When I left, the receptionist who was in the car park asked if I had met the manager. I would stay at this hotel & recommend it in an instant 10/10!

little touches were exceptional - chocolates, hot chocolate to water bottle. Staff from the frontdesk to porters to restaurant were second to none. A rare thing these days - we had a fantastic stay during a family wedding!!

we stayed only one night on route to galway and would have loved to be staying another night .the staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms were spacious clean & modern.breakfast was great we only had bar food even though it was a little pricey ,we enjoyed the cozy ambience of the bar and the staff once again were more than helpful .we cant wait to return and maybe ill get some shopping in at the nearby shops that i spotted on our way

Excellent food and excellent service from an excellent team. My (now) husband and I choose the CPH for our wedding having attended 2 friends weddings there some years back. I can't recommend this hotel enough for quality, service and value - even with 220 guests it was a seamless operation. Staff could not do enough for us. There is actually very little to say. Bravo and Thank You!!
