The hotel is very well located : 5 mins walking from Duomo and other famous places however the place is comparatevely quiet. We had a large room, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rosanne (the hotel owner) and her husband are very pleasant and nice people and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just great! We'll recommend this hotel to our friends.

Central location close to everything. Literally steps from the Duomo and around the corner from David. Large rooms with AC, clean bathrooms, and a friendly host. Fresh cappicino in the mornings and a lounge to hang out in the evening. Free internet access is always a plus. Absolutely the best place to stay for the price!!!

We stayed at the Hotel Colomba for 3 nights recently. The location was fantastic -- literally walking distance to the Duomo , Accademia, Medici Palace and many of the major sites, shops and restaurants. The room and entire hotel was super clean, almost a little sterile feeling (the floors are uncarpeted and minimal funishings in the room). Aside from that, the staff is fantastic and Roseanna and team would go above and beyond to answer our questions and help us out. Overall, it is a fantastic value and I would highly recommend it!

A clean and comfortable hotel, that put us up for 1 night when our original hotel down the block had plumbing problems. We were treated very well - room was large with exterior balcony that looked into other buildings. The owners were very nice. The hotel is walking distance to train and very central the all major city sites. Recommended.
