“Lovely hotel in a old castle”

If any one wants to stay in a real old castle....."Pousada de Vila Nova de Cerveira" is the choise! Portuguese King D.Dinis never thouth that his XIII century castle could be so confortable, with the most kind staff and with a splendorous restaurante with a regional and gastronomic food that even gods would like.Vila Nova de Cerveira is a nice little town, very well preserved, with nice restaurants and lovely views.His Arts Festival is one of his most attraction. This is an excellent starting point to get to know the beautiful Minho Landscape and traditions. Every saturday there is a market near the castle that we can not loose!!
