This is truly a great stay. Great Irish breakfast is served daily and is very enjoyable. David is an excellent host with tons of connections helpful in making your trip perfect. He pointed us to great restaurants in Ballybunion and was able to get our group out on to a golf course previously closed because of wet weather. This is "the" place to stay if you visit Ballybunion.

What a host David was the best he treated us like Kings. What a beautiful place. The rooms and food were the best 5 STARS all the way. David booked for our group of 6 everything. Mike our driver was the tops and both Mike & David are excellent golfers. When staying there ask about the secret restaurants that are available.
The weather was great all week & we had the best golf trip you could ever have. The courses were a once in a life time experience. The only negatives were the pubs close at 11:30 & the rooms at the hotel at the airport in Shannon although very convenient for an early return trip home was not comfortable.

The Tides Guesthouse Ballybunion Co was simply the BEST . I would encourage all other B&B owners to go and stay their so that they would know how to run their property to the highest level. This property was simply the best of our entire trip. Every aspect was of our stay was EXCELLANT!!! Every detail was OUTSTANDING! I will be coming back and STAYING LONGER next trip!!

I have been some places in Ireland but none compaired to this.
David & Doreen have the cleanest guesthouse in Ireland. With the Pancakes for breakfast , large rooms, open firs fires and a warm welcome to all guests this is the place to stay in Ballybunion.
