Our whole family stayed at IMM last JUNE 6-10, 2008 and it was the best hotel deal in BKK! The hotel is located at On Nut Station which is quite far from the central district but no worries because it's a 2 min walk from the BTS Station. The hotel has no fancy bathtubs or room service but the superb cleanliness of the hotel makes up for it. The rates are cheap but the service is EXCELLENT. Do try their massages! One suggestion though is for the hotel to serve American bfast (complete with brewed coffee, eggs, etc) just to get a power boost in the morning. They were only serving continental bfast.

The staff are the jewels of the hotel. They are courteous and gives you "a personal service" feel. The GM is very accommodating also and personally answers any questions/emails. Even the guard can smiles all through out the day. VERY WELL TRAINED STAFF!

There are many budget hotels in BKK but IMM FUSION IS THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY. Cheap luxury.

I stayed at ImmFusion Bangkok for 4 days with my friend on the first week of may. Although it had been only a few months that the hotel was opened, everyhting was perfect. The decoration of the lobby, the pool is very nice.
Besides all, what made this stay so special was the helpful, friendly and always smiling staff. They did every possible favor to make our stay a pleasant one. Special thanks to the Front Office manager and the receptionists.

Although the location is a bit out-skirt of the town area, however it is very convenient that the BTS station is just about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You will not have to worry about the seats in the BTS as this will be the first station of the route. Moreover, there is a Tesco located just beside the hotel that makes a traveler even more convenient.

Hotel's staff are very friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaning lady. They are all helpful and kind. Always bearing a smile on their face. I feel happier after a whole day walk when i was greeted by a warm smile and welcome back greetings just at the entrance. Even the security guard is so cute that he greets you with smile bundled and laughter everytime he sees you in and out !

As this was my first experience to Bangkok, I did not really know what to expect. However, the moment i stepped into this hotel i was affimed that this was going to a superb trip. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind and always had a warm smile on their faces. They attended to our every need right to the end and even got us a taxi to the airport. The rooms were a steal for the price we paid and service was great. Moreover, the hotel was a short walk from the On Nut skytrain. So i highly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Of course, dont expect a 5 star hotel, but do expect 5 star treatment!!
