Exceptional hotel, stayed on the 21st club floor. Amazing service and amenities. No coincidence it was voted best Club floor in Asia.

We stayed for the first 2 ngts of our honeymoon in April 08. This is a superb hotel, we arrived at 6am after our flight from the U.K, check in was very swift & we were in our room within 10 mins. The room was great, clean & spacious with huge bed, plasma t.v on the wall, complimentary water, tea / coffee making facilities & a fab bathroom. The hotel itself is very impresive with a big reception area / lovely plush bar area's (prepare to dig deep into your pockets though if drinking there !) & a fantasic pool, great for a refreshing evening swim after being out in the humidity & heat. The service in the hotel was outstanding, you could call housekeeping to arrange what time is conveneint for your room to be made up, we were able to check in at 6am with no problems, we were also asked what time we would like to check out on the day we left so there was not the usual problem of having to be out of the room for mid day then hanging around waiting to be picked up. Singapore itself just blew us away, its an awsome place, so clean, civilised & ordered (without feeling like you are being policed) when we were there they were just starting work on the marina area for the Grand Prix, we commented how the traffic & public transport etc still ran like clockwork ! We stayed here on our way to Bali & said if we ever visit that part of the world again we would most definitley choose singapore as a stopover & would not hesitate to consider at this hotel again.

The Marina Mandarin was superb! the rooms were very nice (had a flat screen TV). It had a separate shower from the bath. The staff was so helpful with places to eat and shopping directions. The hotel is right next to Marina Square and Suntec so you can easily walk to the mall. Eating around is very easy although I found the food (in singapore)generally speaking very expensive than say, Bangkok or Manila. In the afternoon, they turn down the beds and put some candies on your bed...Excellent Hotel

One word describes this hotel "FANTASTIC" yes absolutely brilliant!!
The staff here are superb nothing is too much trouble you are made to feel welcome and special as soon as you arrive and I was very happy to be in this hotel last week.

The swimming pool is also a big plus large enough to do lengths with a nice view of the singapore skyscrapers adjacent.
There is a poolside bar for a lovely ice cold tiger beer or cocktails or soft drinks.
I was very sad to leave this hotel and the hotel lobby is awesome!! Nothing is too much trouble here and the staff genuinely care about you.
