Four of us walked in on a busy Thursday night, and there was a 45 minute wait for outside tables. We were pretty hungry, so we elected for an inside table, and were lucky to get one by the windows, giving us a great view of the waterfront. Our server was very attentive, and didn't bat an eye when we asked for separate checks - a rarity in Annapolis. I had a Haitian Creole Gumbo that was absolutely fantastic - chock full of seafood and just the right amount of heat. The Pussers Rum Punch was delicious with a good kick. My coworkers all seemed happy with their meals as well. The prices were very reasonable, especially for a place on the water.
