If the city ever fixes it's noise problems then this would be a wonderful hotel. The view & central location are great except for the noise. Between the boats passing by blasting their music & the bar across the channel that creates deafening noise until 2am, it wasn't the relaxing place they promote in their description. If you like to party all night then save your money & stay on the other side of the channel where the bar is, but here you will not find the relaxation that it is trying to offer. Did not find significant warnings about the noise situation until we arrived at the hotel & the made us sign a disclosure about the noise. By then it is too late to make other arrangements.

Stayed here as part of our flydrive package, we were meant to stay at the Nautical Inn but received a hotel change at the last minute so were a little concerned what we would find.

What we found were minimalist design rooms, unusual for the states which were clean and very comfortable huge beds with huge pillows and huge duvets! Bathroom was great with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower just what we needed after our dusty drive.

London Bridge is literally outside the window. We were warned about the noise from the nightclub across the water being noisy but we didn't hear a thing.

My only negative comments would be that they haven't kept the entrance very clean or presentable whilst they have been carrying out their construction work but I'd say they are working on the parking problems mentiond in some other reviews as when we got there a member of staff was walking around handing out parking passes and patrolling the parking lot, he also tried to help us fix the boot of the car which was playing up, very helpful chap! But it looks like they are responding to comments that guests have made which is always a good sign, I think once all the construction is finished it will be top marks!

Spent a weekend there with my fiancee over my birthday. We had a great time! Had a nice room with a king bed looking right out on the famous London Bridge. The night club across the river was audible but as we spent the Saturday night there anyway celebrating into my birthday it did not matter. The other nights it was quiet. On the weekend days our balcony was a great place to watch the amazing powerboats go by. Just walking around the corner along the channel (just take the elevator down to the channel level) you are able to see all the boats beached there during the day. Quite a sight.

On the quieter Monday we rented a boat ourselves and had a good time cruising on the Colorado River.

The hotel is currently adding a bar that will be looking out on the bridge as well. It is a great place to stay already but than will be in a class of its own in this fun place calle "Lake Havasu City".
If you are going to this town you have to stay here!

Have fun!

“Agave is best choice”

This was our third visit to this hotel. Each time it gets better. It is so convenient to the channel beach, food establishments and walking trails. The parking was great, even with the remodeling going on. That will be an improvement. If you want a hotel with a view, this is it. The snacks and drinks stocked in the rooms help with the late night munchies. We recommend it as the best hotel in Havasu so far.

“Great value, great hotel”

We stayed 2 nights here recently and loved it! The location has spectacular views of the bridge and "London Village" across the water and you can see it all right from your bed through your floor to ceiling and and room-width sliding window/doors!

The "tempurpedic" bed was comfortable but we found it very warm (probably cause we just weren't used to it). We also aren't lovers of big fuffy duvets but at least there was a huge blanket and lots of pillows.

Although the decor is rather "spartan" (very European) the "king deluxe" room we had was very comfortable. Bedroom had a nice plasma wall mounted tv, plus front "living room " had another TV - although there's probably no time while here for TV watching with so much to do! The huge bathroom had a wonderful 2 person "jacuzzi-style" tub - "Ultra" brand I think with air-jets rather then water - would like to find more out about the make - it was heaven! Very large walk-in shower also great to wash off the bubbles from the tub! Robes would've been a nice addition here but the towels were big and fluffy!

Wet-bar ,would more adequately describe the"kitchenette" but it was nice to have some room in the small fridge for our drinks and we did use the microwave to re-heat some of our yummy "leftovers" from the great Barley Brothers Brewery restaurant we tried across the street one night. No dishes though in the kitchenette other that the cups and saucers provided with the coffeemaker and supplies for coffee making.

Renovations - or is it "finishing" this place ??,appears imminent and as a result a good portion of their parking lot is taken up with
construction materials including one of their 2 handicapped spots which we needed! They were closely monitoring people parking there one night as many going out on the nearby "casino cruise" seem to park in the hotel lot despite signs telling them not too! Just be sure to prominently display your parking pass.

The rates were a good value ($110 plus tax) for these rooms - but we are wondering if once hotel is finished if they will go up?!

This hotel is still waiting to get their on-site restaurant properly licensed - according to the signs. There are however, many nearby restaurants within walking distance or a short drive by car.

The Agave Inn is also very handy to get to many of the various lake tours on both sides of the river "channel" plus the tourist info. office is handy in the village and they were great to recommend many things to see and do. Although advertised as a great "business" hotel - their business centre was rather pathetic - better to be coming here for a holiday rather then business anyway!
