I thought this hotel was lovely, quiet, and a peaceful setting, even though it was on a busy street.
The staff was more than friendly, and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel because it was among the cheapest that offered a shuttle to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For the most part, I thought the hotel offered everything that you look for. The beds were comfortable, the shower had decent pressure, and the staff was helpful.

The room that I stayed in was a little bit outdated. The carpet should probably be replaced and the room could have used a fresh coat of paint. However, it appears that the hotel is in the process of remodeling.

The courtyard at the hotel is very attractive. They have a couple of pools and a little "stream" that flows through the courtyard. They also have an outdoor pool and a hottub.

The room I had was also a bit noisy. I had a room that was located on the street. I could hear some street traffic throughout the night. There was also a screaming baby that had been placed in the room across the hall from me. Overall, these noises did not bother me, but I would sleep if a train happened to pass through the room in the middle of the night.

Overall, I thought that this hotel was decent enough. I would stay there again.

The property has been around for awhile but it is well maintained. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The courtyard and pool area are very attractive. Well-maintained plantings of flowers always say the owners care about the property. Overall very nice and affordable for in season on Phoenix.

It was 15-20 min drive from the airport car rental area in a nice part of town. The room was nice, clean. The pool looked nice though we didn't try it. An upstairs room would be quieter as we could hear footsteps from above. Staff was friendly.
