We chose this hotel based on price and location to the airport. The rooms were nicely decorated and fairly clean. Upon check in we were given two coupons for free drinks at happy hour.
After having dinner at The Sugar Bowl in Scottsdale (see my review) we returned for the last half hour of Happy Hour. We were given two LARGE glasses ('kegger' cups) for our well drinks.
We then headed to our room to relax before our flight the next day. Unfortunately the TV in the room was set permanently to show everything as orange. We could not make any adjustments, it was very difficult to watch anything on that TV. There is absolutely no reason why this old Zenith TV should have been in any hotel room. I've stayed in much less expensive rooms that have LCD TV's.
In the morning we ventured downstairs for their buffet breakfast which includes Holiday Inn signature cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy with biscuits, yogurt, cereals, danish, bagels, juice and coffee.
