Stayed here on spur of the moment late on a Monday night. Expectations were low, but still I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, decent-sized and had a nice frig and microwave. Good beds. Quiet. All-around, I was happy with the stay. Only shortfall was the skimpy continental breakfast, which consisted of a few pastries in plastic, bread for toast and coffee. Still, for the $50 price, I can handle that. It's also located easy walking distance to several restaurants if you want something more substantial. Not the Ritz, but well worth the money.

We had booked our hotel from Orbitz. In checking in, I felt the desk personnel were rude because they stated that we should have been charged more. The description of the hotel said they provided a self-service laundry facility. However, the appliances had been removed from the laundry room. There was supposed to have been a continental breakfast. Provided were an orange drink hidden in their back room, coffee, bread for making toast and some rolls. However these items were consistently gone because the hotel staff stated that the sports teams came in as early as 5:00 a.m. to stock up for their breakfast. In 2 days we (a party of 3) were only able to get 2 slices of bread, 1 roll and drinks because I saw these drinks in their back office room. They also were out of coffee cups. Why didn't the hotel order plenty of these items knowing that their hotel was totally booked because of All Star Wrestling championships and other sports events. Now for the room: We had requested 2 double beds and were told we could only have a queen room and a rollaway bed for which we were charged $6 or $7. We had to pay up front for the rollaway bed and were promised it for when we returned. When we returned in 5 hours there was no rollaway bed. We waited another hour, no bed. I personally had to find an employee who was delivering rollaways to get a bed. He had to check with the office because he had only one left. The positives: The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator. Even though our room was right next to the highway the room was quiet. Also, there's a Denny's across the street for a real breakfast and the hotel is close to a freeway exit.

Very clean rooms, clean pool and pool area. The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. The location had the best rates at the time, and went out of their way to accomodate our
sports travelers. Several food locations were next to the location.
