I just got in this morning from this hotel it was a great hotel loved every moment of it loved the view of the runway and the planes landing and taking off. The service was fast and friendly great staff, the bed was so good I actually disappear in it how comfortable it was, nice and clean. I will be back as arnold usually say. This hotel is a solid 4 star and Marriott quality, they also have a sumptious buffet breakfast. If you stay here please check out Elephant Bar and Restaurant up the street it is absolutely the best food I had in San Fran. Dont hesitate book this HOTEL.

“Not too bad”

I was a bit worried after reading the other reviews. I got here and it wasnt quite as bad as the picture the reviews painted. Check in was VERRRRRRY slow. I'm a preferred VIP club member but I got a crappy view even tho I requested a bay view. The bed was very very very comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and polite. The conference facilities and organization was exceptional. Food provided for our conference was very good. I rented a mini fridge for my room which cost $20, not a bad deal since I stayed 5 days, but that would suck if you were only staying a day or two. There is a great trail just outside the doors where you can walk for miles along the bay.....hope you enjoy watching AFO Airport traffic, lots of planes landing and taking off. I had a group rate $85 so I was pleased. Some things seemed a little old and tired. I ordered room service several times and it was above average. The prices were very competitive for the SF area.

“Awesome place to stay!”

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We got a great deal on Priceline, $50 a night. You do have to pay for parking...$17/day for self or $20/day for valet. The beds have feather pillows and down comforters with chenille throws. The front desk, conceirge and housekeeping were all very friendly. The room was spotless when we first arrived and was kept that way all week. They also had excellent room service. The only downside was it did not have free internet and when we paid to have it in our room ($10/day), it wouldn't work.
We were able to catch the BART right across the freeway in Millbrea and take it downtown. We also drove downtown and to Pier 39 which took about 45 min. But that is with us getting lost and we unfortunately went during rush hour. I would definitly stay here the next time we go to San Francisco. It felt very safe which was important to me since we had our 2 yr. old daughter with us.

“I had a good experience”

I liked this Marriot. I had a few days of business to take care of in S San Francisco, so the location was convenient. Easy to get on and off the freeway. I agree, the parking was a bit steep though.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. From my arrival to departure, they were ready to help with luggage, opening doors, directions, etc. The front desk was very friendly and smoothly operated too.

I found the room to be very clean and quiet. The beds were very welcomed after a long busy day. Comfy! and good pillows too. It would have been nice to have robes, but this is only a 3+ hotel.

I definately would stay here again.

“San Francisco Airport Marriott”

We stayed at this hotel for one night layover and found it to be very nice. Though the room was a bit smaller than I expected, it was a nice, quiet second floor room with a nice view of SFO. Room service was fast and the food was good and the bed and room were very clean and comfortable. We used the shuttles to and from SFO 4 times and they were always very fast and convenient. I would definitely stay here again, though I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a romantic getaway.
