My husband and I stayed one night at the Vagabond Inn near to San Francisco airport after reading the reviews on here, and thought it was excellent value for money.

The room was a fair size, and spotlessly clean. There was a fridge and microwave, and the bed had THE most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The shower was also superb.

If you're looking for a short stopover for the airport it's ideal, and has a good restaurant next door. Probably a bit of a trek from the city though if you're not driving.

We chose a room with a king size bed and a view of the bay, which was great because you see all the planes taking off and landing. Very pretty at night!

This option didn't include breakfast in the options on Expedia, but when we asked how much it would be to buy breakfast from the reception staff they said to just help ourselves. Excellent customer service!

This hotel had a great bay view, very clean and fresh, wonderful bed (better than at home), great staff, free internet, free breakfast with a wonderful restaurant, "The Elephant Bar", next door.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in California. Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled; room had very comfortable bed, big tv and was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Great breakfast! Excellent value! We stayed here 2 nights, first night in standard room but for second we asked for the room with bay view. What a view! That was fantastic! In future we would stay again.

Staying at the Vagabond Inn In Burlingame has been great so far. It has all i need, Free wireless and breakfast (they have delicious Belgian waffles) they have amazing homemade cookies during check in as well. The front desk staff has been remarkably kind and amiable with a bright smile on their face. I am typing this from my room. I requested a bay view room not knowing it was to be this nice The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable as well. Its nice and quiet. I'm here for a few days on a business meeting. And the room is a great deal for its price. I will definitely return with my family when we tour San Francisco. The Vagabond Inn is the place to Stay!
