I had my parents in town over the weekend. I liked the location and had them at the Courtyard last visit. This hotel is a joke. First off all the parking is pathetic. They have about ten spots for the whole hotel. Worst is you can't even drop off or pick up someone because the parking lot has only one entrance! As soon as you pull in, some pulls in behind you. Now you can't turn around either because there is no room.

The room had a leak from the bathroom above so my parents had to move after they had already unpacked. The phone also didn't work as I tried to call them and keep getting the HIE voicemail. This was the worst because my parents are in their 80s and I knew they were in their room. I complained to the manager but he did nothing but say it's working fine. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Courtyard accros the street.

This hotel is fine. My fiance and I stayed there from June 1st - 4th, 2006. Its a small hotel with only 45 rooms. There weren't many people in the hotel so they bumped us to a suite. They said it was a newer room and it was adequete as far as furnishment went. The parking is valet, so the staff is keeping an eye on your car for you. The breakfast is good and there is a Ralph's (large grocery store chain) right across the street. The rooms are clean. Its easy to get to the highway from the hotel. The staff is nice. Most of all as far as rates go, this hotel if fairly inexpensive.

Stayed for 7 nights for business. Staff were friendly. Room clean, large. No complaiints. Added benefit supermarket across the road!

We had reservations at this hotel for a room with a handicap accessible shower. Our handicap accessible room was not available when we arrived, supposedly due to a stopped up drain. Our reservations had been made several days in advance, and our cell phone number was available to this staff. The room was guaranteed by credit card. No one advised us in advance that we would have NO ROOM when we arrived at our expected 10 pm arrival! When we arrived, we were told we would have to accept a room with NO accessibility. Of course, we asked why no one had informed us prior to our arrival so we could have found other accommodations. We were told no one thought it mattered since most people don't really need these rooms! We had to search the city at 10 pm at night for other accommodations after traveling all afternoon and evening! Totally unprofessional management!
