Just had two weeks at this Omni and was not disappointed .
Spotlessly clean,very comfy beds ,great pool,gym ,breakfast buffet with lots of healthy options .It is located close to I4 and so the theme parks are all very easy to reach and being that bit out of Orlando made us feel as if we were having a real break from the parks when we were back at the hotel .
Zen restaurant has great food and staff.
Other top staff were all the ladies at the Morsel Coffee Bar ,Drew and Cara in Davids bar and Moe at Trevis,these folks could work at any hotel in the world .
I got a bit frustrated at one point when some clothing was missing from the pool and a couple of the receptionists did not seem able to help or understand but Samantha the duty desk manager saved the day ,found all the gear and gave us a fruit bowl for the inconvenience (excellent work by her ,she really left me feeling that she would sort the problem which she did).
All staff generally friendly even the lads working on the golf tees at 7 in the morning ,when a member of staff did not say hello and smiled it really stood out as the vast majority were great .
One request is that the childrens menus are broadened to add some really plain things like just chicken breast ,plain pasta sauces as well fed children lead to happy parents .
Anyway it was great and we will be back .

Stayed at the Omni for 8 nights, booked via Virgin Holidays. Great Hotel, Great Location, Very relaxed feel to the hotel. Hotel staff catered for our every need and were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was spotless, as were the pool areas, the grounds and although there were quite a few private functions on in the evening these did not go on late nor did we hear any noise from them. The lazy river was also loads of fun.

Our special thanks go to Bianca who served us breakfast every morning, she was polite, friendly and a pleasure to chat to.

I stayed at the Omni several months ago, during my Spring (Easter) Break in late March. I split my week in Orlando between the Peabody on International Drive and the Omni in ChampionsGate. Due to the promotional discounts that I received, the price per night was approximately the same. Yet I found the Omni far less stuffy than the Peabody while promulgating a much friendlier, resort-style atmosphere for the guests.

When I arrived at the Omni to check-in, I was greeted quickly by staff who offered to help me with my bags. No one pressured me for valet parking but very politely offered the service if desired. Throughout my stay, the staff at the front entrance displayed a cordial and welcoming disposition each time that I came back to the hotel, and the young ladies at the front desk always had a warm and welcoming smile.

My room was clean, although it was located at the very end of the hallway and away from the elevators. Beds were made daily and the cleaning staff was courteous enough to take any clothing left on the beds and fold it neatly over the chairs.

The Omni is great for the yeoman golfer, although for me, as my handicap is my swing, I rarely hit the links. Instead, I enjoyed a relaxing jaunt around the resort, from the well-manicured grounds and the basketball court, to the water slide and the lazy river pool. Even my girlfriend, who is hydrophobic, enjoyed the pool scene.

The location of the Omni is also just splendid. There is a small shopping center about a mile from the hotel, towards I-4, which includes a grocery store, a 7-11, a McDonald's, and a drug store. Unlike when staying in Orlando proper, there is no traffic to battle when going out to snag a bag of chips or a six-pack of Dr. Pepper.

Clearly, the Omni is a very well-managed property. The leadership deserves to be commended.

what a wonderful hotel the rooms and staff were lovely but the hotel seemed to cater more for the business traveller than for the tourist. my boyfriend i and booked this hotel as a base to travel the parks but it was further out than we expected. although the hotel was georgeous and also a free bus was laid on every day to disney you would still need to hire a car. the rooms were of very high standard lovely furshings and very clean, not to mention the views over the pool and golf coarse. the food was lovely although we got or breakfast included at time of booking otherwise it was very over priced for the basic of breakfast. i would recommend the pools to everyone especially the lazy river the only thing is once you get in you dont want to come out.
