Family of five with adjoining rooms - excellent.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast basic but good quality.

Rooms very clean and in good order.

Rooms and hotel very quiet, even though next to a main, busy area.

Aircon in all rooms.

Would stay again. Cost very good value.

I decided it was time for me to review the Comfort Suites in Kendall. I have stayed at this property many times on business and keep coming back. This is an extremely well run hotel that has won the "Platinum award" from it's parent company, Choice Hotels, for several years running. (only about 5% of their properties get this recognition) It is clean clean clean on the inside and out. The staff is great, and the beds are high quality. Many of my colleagues stay at the much more expensive Dadeland Marriott. I choose to save about $50 a night and have a much easier time parking. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone else looking for a great value.

For the area, this was ok for the price. The rooms were clean, but with a few stains. The outside pool was heated, but right next to the main road, separated only by a few shrubs that don't cut the noise. So, all you hear is traffic while swimming.

The hotel was decorated ok, but the adjoining rooms convey sounds between the doors pretty well. If you go, try to stay next to someone you know, so you can tell them when to turn off the TV so you can sleep.

The staff weren't very helpful, we had to wait a half hour & make three requests for towels.

But, there were no bugs or anything, so I had a decent stay. It's worth it if you get a discounted price and plan to spend your time away from the hotel. If you want to stay somewhere that you can hang around the area, look elsewhere.

Vacation stay 2/15 through 2/18. Very good hotel. No complaints. Very clean; staff very gracious. Received 2 for 1 nights during promotion.
Right off turnpike. Easy access to main highways. Close to shopping centers. Great pool and excersise room. DSL service, continental breakfast. Will definitely stay again
