We had a delay at Atlanta airport and could not fly out until the next morning, so we used the courtesy phones to stay at this property. We used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel and once inside, we were scared!!!! The front desk clerk is behing bullet proof glass, (which should of been the first clue). Once we got to the room, there were no toiletries at all... no shampoo, soap, conditioner, no remote for the t.v., holes in the bedspreads, the room stank, the door would not shut properly, and all kinds of "rift-raft" hanging around the outside. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund, the clerk asked "why", and we told her the reasons and she gave us our money back immediately. We ended up walking to another hotel at 9:00pm with our child to find someplace "liveable". Do not stay here, it is not worth the time or trouble.
