We stayed here on our way from Quebec City to Boston. This is a very overpriced and poorly maintained inn and does not reflect well on the Quality Inn standards.
It was late when we checked in and we asked for a first floor room with two beds since there were no elevators to the 2nd floor rooms. We were given a two room "suite" with a king-sized bed in one room and a pull out couch in the other. The rooms were oversized, including the bathroom. It looked as if it was designed for 20 people to stay in there, but it was furnished with just two towels.
We opened the pull-out couch to make it up and discovered that many of the springs were missing making it unusable. We called the front desk and they said they'd bring a rollaway bed. The desk clerk who brought it said, "We won't charge you for the rollaway." Doesn't that seem obvious given that the pull-out was broken? The rollaway was scarcely better as it sagged deeply in the middle. Half an hour later, the desk clerk called and said he would give us a different room, but it was near midnight and we had already carried our luggage in and we didn't want to have to carry it up a flight of stairs so we stayed in the room.
The room with the couch had a window air conditioner. The bedroom had no air conditioning and was very stuffy and hot in there.
The hotel refused to discount their rate when I asked and again a desk clerk said that we were getting a discount since they weren't charging us for the rollaway bed.
