I've been wanting to come here since I've been reading about it on TA the past few months. I finally got the opportunity this past weekend when a few buddies and I went to visit Vegas. I didn't want to expect too much. I mean, how good can a strip mall restaurant be? Boy, did I underestimate it.

Although it's off the strip, it's really not that far. A $15 taxi ride will get you there. It's only a couple of blocks from the Hard Rock. We had reservation for seven people at 9pm on a Friday night and we were seated immediately. Although there was a line and the place was packed, we were escorted right to our table. No wait whatsoever. I highly recommend making a reservation before going.

First of all, the vibe was amazing. Great world music playing, just the right lighting, and just an great overall atmosphere. The waiter worked quickly to give us menus and take our orders. I didn't remember some of the dishes recommended on TA so we just decided to order two dishes each, which was more than enough food. They definitely did not skimp on the portion of each dish. And since I read about the weak(er) sangria, we decided to go with two pitchers of mojito...which was great! The two pitchers were perfect for the seven of us.

All of the dishes were fantastic. I really don't think you can mess up; just order whatever sounds good! Everyone liked all of the dishes as well as the mojito.

The final tab was only about $200 including tax and tip! That's less than $30 pp. A great deal for great food at a great place with great service. I will definitely be back!

Found out about this place initially from the Las Vegas Review Journal. I wanted to go but REALLY wanted to go after I saw this restaurant made it to number 3 for TripAdvisor. Well, we finally made it there for drinks and appetizers before Valentine's dinner. We got there at 3:30 in time for happy hour. We ordered a pitcher of red sangria and it was fabulous! My first sip or two was really good but the more I drank the more I really just loved the sangria. We got complimentary tapas each - a plate with one meatball, one tortilla espanola and one bacon wrapped date. My favorite was the meatball which might be the best meatball ever. We then ordered calamari and clams with chorizo. I was totally crazy about the calamari but everyone else loved it. The clams were the bomb! I will definitely frequent this restaurant when in town!

We went to this restaurant after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. It is definitely worth the cab ride to the restaurant. We arrived late on a Friday, around midnight. We had a pitcher of sangria and were given a plate of olives and some bread when we sat down. Everything we tried was amazing - the stuffed dates, albondigas, crispy duck rolls, merguez (lamb sausage), chorizo clams and the camarones a la diabla. Also tried a pitcher of mojitos as well. Of all the restaurants we ate at on our trip to Vegas this was the best - great food, service and value for money.

Unbelievable tapas! Well-trained staff. Very reasonable prices compared to the Strip.
