My husband and I stayed at the Bellagio from July 12th-16th for my 30th birthday trip. Flight to Vegas was on-time and uneventful. We had booked limo service with Presidential Limo, who was waiting for us by our baggage carousel-chapmagne in limo isn't a bad way to start the trip!!
We arrived around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and I was expecting a huge check-in line, but the worst I saw were only 2 deep. We were waved into a line immediately and the whole process took about 5 minutes. We had booked a Bellagio Suite, but they were sold out, so we were upgraded to a Penthouse Suite!! It was huge-and gorgeous!! So amazing-we were on the 30th floor with views of the pools. I can't rave enough about the suite-it was bigger than my first apartment!!
Service at the Bellagio was always wonderful and courteous-the housekeepers, the concierge, the spa staff, waiters and waitresses, blackjack dealers-everyone was friendly and polite.
We ate at Jasmine one night which was fabulous as always-it's our third time there, and between the food, service, and fountains, we are never disappointed. We ate at the buffet one morning, and it was good. We ate at Sensi twice for dinner, and it was wonderful!! I highly recommend it-the restaurant is lovely and the food is great! We ate at the pool cafe once for lunch, and it was ok. We did room service for lunch one day, and breakfast on our last day, and it was prompt and yum!
We rented a cabana one day which was a decedant experience for sure! Our attendant was very nice, and the cabana was stocked with fruit plate, snack basket, sodas and waters in the fridge. There is an Ipod dock, TV, lounge couch, table and chairs, and changing area in the cabana, and out front are 4 plush lounge chairs and a big umbrella-it was so much fun!!
We gambled mostly at Bellagio, and were always able to find plenty of $10 blackjack tables.
We did go to the Bank one night, and were able to get in without waiting in line or paying cover thanks to some passes from the Concierge. It was fun people watching, and had great music-we stayed about an hour and left when the music got too techno-ish. We did hit up Caramel as well, and it was crowded, but we went right in.
All in all, it was a wonderful trip and we were so spoiled during our stay!! Many have said that service has gotten bad, and the B is going downhill, but I didn't see it at all while we were there-if anything it just gets better and better. I will definately stay again, and the Bellagio remains one of my fave hotels!!
