My husband and I had a wonderful 11 nights staying at the Flamingo Hotel Laughlin. We had originally been booked into the Edgewater but were concerned due to the poor reviews on trip-advisor so were a bit relieved to find that our tour company Travelscope had changed us to the Flamingo. Our room was excellent, the food in the buffet was excellent and we didnt even mind having to queue for a while and we soon learned the ideal times to go to avoid the queues. The food was wonderful and so cheap and the staff were very friendly and polite. Towards the end of the holiday we found that people were queuing in the buffet itself to get their food which was not necessary as the food counters were spread about with no need to queue anywhere, it was as though if people found a queue they felt they had to join it! Everywhere was clean with fresh towels everyday and you could also have your bedding changed every day if you wished but we opted for every three days as we didnt think it necessary to have it done every day. There was also a huge supply of towels at the pool free of charge which we have never found before. Well done Flamingo, our holiday cost us less than two weeks on the continent, and to those who complain, well, you must just like to complain!
