This hotel is just fine if you don't have high expectations. It's placed dead near Freeway 80, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

I requested a non-smoking room, got one that was labeled non-smoking, but it REEKED of smoke as soon as I opened the door. I made the mistake of not protesting, and the smoke smell impregnated all my clothes (even those in my backpack). Eugh.

The staff was very friendly: I locked myself out with their deadbolt system, and the manager promptly came and cut it off with pliers.

There's no breakfast really, and no shampoo in the room (just soap).

finally a clean motel 6. i knew when i pulled up and saw all the serta perfect sleeper trucks in the lot, and all the old blue mattresses stacked up outside that i was in for a good nights sleep.

and get it i did, really nice comfortable mattresses. all the motel 6's should follow suit.

now, if they would just run off all the pimps and working girls !

We booked a room here after a spur of the moment decision to get away for the weekend. We did an internet search of hotels and the rate we got here was one-half of the next lowest rate in town. I have never stayed at one of this chain's motels before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but we just wanted a place to sleep. Sure enough, you get what you pay for...a very basic room with a bed, table and chair and TV. There was no alarm clock. There is no dresser but a couple shelf spaces below the TV. There was a rack with a few hangers. The bathroom had a small sink and very small shower with no tub. They do not provide a box of tissues. They do provide a couple tiny bars of soap. The heater worked great. The room was quite clean. We did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, however, if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the freeway traffic may keep you awake. There is a small pool and a laundry room. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Next door to the motel is a little strip mall with a pizza place and convenience store.
