This is a beautiful and clean hotel. Our room had a double bed, along with a sofa bed, chair, kitchenette area(fridge & microwave). There was plenty of room to move around. Great hot /cold breakfast(make your own belgium waffels) eggs,sauage or cold cereals, juice,pastries, etc. Staff was friendly. There is also a mini store to purchase snacks, pizza, sodas. You can control the temp. in the room and even open the windows for fresh air. The beds are so comfortable feels like you are sleeping on a cloud.

Had to book last minute for a meeting and paid $250 night. My room was full of smoke and when i requested another room they said they were sold out. They offered to use a room air freshener? Yea right that smell is embedded in the sheets and curtains.

The in-room Jacuzzi felt so 1988 not to mention the amount of water it would take to fill that thing! I can't beleive it's only 4yrs old?

Not recommended and I'm usually not picky.

I coach a soccer team that was playing a tournament in nearby Horsham, Pa. After researching, I found Springhill was highly recommended. I spoke to the Sales Manager who was very helpful in setting up a nice rate and a block of rooms for the team. The hotel is in a very nice area and blocks away from numerous malls and restaurants. The streets are very easy to navigate and getting from place to place is very straightforward.

As for the room, I was in a Suite with 2 double beds. The entire place was spotless, the bathrooms were clean, kitchen was clean and the floor/rugs were clean. The room was not very spacious....almost like they tried to cram way to much. When you walked through the bedroom to the bathroom, it was a tight fit because the beds were too close to the dresser which left no walking space. The beds were comfortable and the A/c could have been a little colder. It seems like it ran on a special timer where it would only be really cold during certain block hours. There was a "sitting/living room" area but it was not separated by any doors. If you had someone watching Tv in the bedroom and in the sitting room you will get conflicting sound waves. If you tried to sleep, it was hard to drown out the noise if someone was in the sitting room, also because of no separation of the rooms.

The kitchen area was clean but the fridge was not very effective. The dial in all the fridges are fixed (cannot regulate temps) and they were "cool" not cold. Even after putting something in there for 8 hours, you were lucky if it was just a little bit chilled. The pool was connected to the outdoor patio which is shielded and gated from the parking lot so it felt more like a fenced in backyard instead of being out in the open, which was a very nice positive. Parking is not a problem and the breakfast was better than many all you can eat restaurant buffets. I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving and were more than pleased with the room and with the property itself. I was surprised that the hotel was 4 years old because it seemed brand-new. The rooms are a little tight, but everything you need is there - sofa, microwave, wet bar, desk. Very convenient to the Penna. Turnpike. This is a very quiet property in a residential area. We look forward to staying here again because the price was right, the service was superior, the property was clean, and the room was restful.
