We booked this hotel using Starwood Preferred Guests Cash and Points. It was a deal! The room is a true suite with a seperate bedroom with a king bed and a double pullout sofabed in the living room. Really nice everywhere and clearly recently renovated. Front desk was shocking. Not helpul and she was beyond disheveled. We asked about linens on the sofabed and she said we would have to check it out. They didn't look clean, so we called housekeeping and no response. Blankets were also a problem. Had we arrived earlier we might have sorted this out better. Our flight arrived at 10:30 p.m. and the hotel restaurants were closed. Front desk suggested vending machines which didn't work . One didn't work at all and the other ate change every other purchase.

However, for families this is a great option. Nice rooms, great amenities, comfortable. We are loyal Starwood guests, and although problems, this is are really nice property that appears to be going through some staffing issues.

“Hotel nice, service horrible”

I thought the hotel was very nice. The rooms had a bedroom in a separate room which i loved. the furniture was great as well. however, the room did smell a bit like cigarrette even though non smoking.
we stayed for the weekend and wanted to go into phili town to check out some of their night spots. we asked the reception lady on saturday night to get us transportation, because none of us wanted to drive. the lady was extremely rude and was not helpful at all!!
we ended up taking a shuttle to the airport and getting a cab from there. What a mission for a cab!!!!!!!!
it was ridiculous. the service is horrible, i wouldnt stay there again.

WOW!!! This hotel went from night to day. The lobby was beautiful. They installed this new high tech computer area. It ws suberb. The front desk ws sweet. One agent even booked my dinner reservations downtouwn and called me in my room to remind me when it was time to leave. The food was good. I recommend this hotel to all people. Especially buisenss travellers. The value is phenomenal.

“Renovations Have Made All the Difference”

The newly renovated lobby and guest rooms are beautiful and make this property my new Philly Airport hotel choice. The guest rooms have been completely remodeled and are very accomodating. The lobby features an all new internet station with multiple terminals as well as remodeled bar and restaurant area. Staff is friendly and courteous. Shuttle service to and from airport was timely with very informative driver. In all, a great experience.

Lobby is well done and the restaurant is nice with a lounge/bar.

The hotel has a hollowed square shape to it. The restaurant is on the first floor with nothing but sky up above. This hollowed cavern makes for lots of echoed noise in the morning.

The rooms are recently redone well kept. The furniture is very nice and the now standard 3ft HD flat screen TV. Like most business traveling hotels, the internet will cost you.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect if you need to depart from Philadelphia airport early. Although it is close to the airport there is no noise from the jets.

There is really nothing in walking distance to shop or eat.
