We stayed there during Labor Day weekend. The PROs: The hot breakfast, convenient specially if you have kids. They could have more fresh fruit, though. Too many flour items, if you think about them: waffles, french toast, bagels, bread, biscuits, gravy, muffins. The taste of the coffe could be improved too. Great idea are beverages and pop corn in the evening. We arrived by 10 pm. and we still could enjoy pop corn, tea and coffee. Rooms are clean, with sink, small fridge and microwave. Good for moms with babies, again. Pool seemed nice, not big.
The CONS: We had a welcome reception when we arrived late during two nights: a HUGE cockroach lives in an artificial garden they have in the Conference Center area. I reported it to the assistant Mgr. and he only said that it was good it wasn't in my room. If you see one, there's more for sure, they are not loners. I wouldn't like to see them in their kitchen area.
Others: We couldn't lower the volume of out two TV's. There was no way, not with the remote or the manual control either. Also the bath tub faucet couldn't be closed, we had two shower with the water waste every day.
Overall, it would have been great but I can't forget the bug, it's just I hate them. Next time I'll try the Northwest, it's a newer building, or go back to the Residence Inn.
