My family stayed here for two nights the week between Christmas and New Years and we were very impressed. Here is my summary by category.
Staff - All of the staff from top to bottom were very courteous and eager to help. They all spoke english well and generally just seemed to stay on top of things.
The hotel - In spite of the fact that the facility was fully booked both nights the place was kept remarkably clean. Our room was spotless when we arrived, there were no unpleasant smells or noises, and everything worked. The pool was nice, fitness room was small but adequate, and the location is near a multitude of shopping places and restaurants.
Breakfast - The breakfast was a notch up from most "continental" breakfasts out there. They have available waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, pancakes, french toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. Not only was the food good but there were at least two people who constantly attended to the food and made sure things did not run out...this is a good thing. There is also a light meal with beer, wine, and soft drinks offered in the evening.
Only one complaint about this place. Beware of relying on the sleeper sofa in each room for sleeping purposes. They are the cheaper designs and have a steel support bar that runs horizontally under the mattress. This is a real "pain" and IMO these units should be declared unfit for sleeping purposes. So make sure everyone in your party has a bed.
