This hotel is AWESOME. If you are traveling on a budget, STAY HERE. Even if you're not traveling on a budget, STAY HERE. The location is unbelievable, and it's worth getting the upgrade even if you have to pay a bit extra as the view is spectacular. The bathroom is small, but it's got all the basics. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel room, apart from admiring the view from our balcony, but when we did it was clean and comfortable. I did not take a picture of the room because it looks just like it does on their website, except maybe a little smaller...but the picture they have is basically it.

I would DEFINITELY go back in a heart beat. One tip - we don't highly suggest using the tour booking agent that is on site at the hotel, you can do it more efficiently on your own.

These photos are of the ocean view rooms, ours faced slightly towards Diamond Head.

We had won a trip to Hawaii so they did our booking for us. The view was great, the beach 30 SECONDS walk!!!! Clean, tidy and the staff were just great. Esp Vicky at the Tour Booking counter she was awesome.
The rooms are not huge but for a couple they were just fine. You are just sleeping there really ,you don't need alot of room. The Hotel is situated in a perfect place to find everything that you need.
We had booked another Hotel to extend our stay before we left New Zealand and kick ourselves for having to change, we loved the Circle.

“Great Location”

The best selling point for this hotel is its location. Close to everything you would need for a great holiday. We stayed in a partial ocean view on the 4th floor and it was fine. We spent a bit of time on the balcony and the view was OK. Yes the room is small but we had 4 people in the room (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and 4 suitcases (from travelling around USA for 3 weeks) and we fit fine. You just have to be organised and keep everything in its place out of the way. The bathroom was tiny but we managed. THe location and price far outweigh any size issues. You could borrow a range of chairs, tubes, beach toys etc for free which was great. THe staff were nice. THe lifts were really fast. THe only negative about the place was the fact that the lift is out in the open almost on the street and I was worried about security but we didnt have any problems at all. With an ABC store next door and the International Marketplace a short walk away everything was at your fingertips. Would definately recommend this hotel.

“Waikiki Circle Perfect!”

ResortQuest Waikiki Circle Hotel

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Waikiki Circle. This hotel has an excellent location and great views! We had an ocean view room with a large balcony.. the rooms are small as other reviews state however they're suitable. The hotel was clean and provided free beach towels and toys (boogie boads, chairs, surf boards, etc) which was nice. They also deliver a paper daily and have free coffee in the mornings. We ate at Cheeseburger in Paradise a lot! It's a block away and great food! They have good breakfast (try the Hawaiian omelet) and of course the burgers (the paradise and island style were my favorites). A lot of people talked about how great Duke's was, and from my experience it was crowded and over-priced, so don't waste your time.
For trips, we booked most all of ours through Hawaii Tour & Travel. Their office is right around the corner from the hotel (on the same street as the Hyatt). Their flyers are tri-fold and red. The prices are pretty good. We did Germaine's Luau which I reccomend the Polynesian Cultural Center over that! Also, we did the Diamond Head hike, Hanauma Bay snorkleing, Waterfall Hike, Cirque Hawaii, Extreme Parasailing, Dinner Cruise and the pub crawl. All were fun.. the extreme parasailing seemed overpriced for what it was though.
In all, Waikiki is a great place to stay with a lot to do all the time! The Waikiki Circle is a quaint little hotel but clean with helpful staff, would definitely stay there again if I go back to Waikiki!

“Good location, inexpensive”

ResortQuest Waikiki Circle Hotel

This is a great place to spend a night or two if you are not planning on spending time in the room and you want an inexpensive room in a good location. The rooms are clean but small and although all rooms have balconies, it's really not somewhere where you'd want to spend time.

The location is great--it's right across the street from the beach and is in walking distance of all the Waikiki attractions. We were only there for a night and spent our time outside of the hotel, so this was a perfect spot. The front desk are helpful and they have a concierge who can help you book tours, vespas, etc.

If you like sushi, be sure to go to Sansei restaurant, just a few blocks up the road in the Marriott Resort & Spa (2552 Kalakaua Avenue).
